About the event
Celebrate the Japanese New Year with Osechi, a traditional feast prepared before the New Year arrives!
All the delectable dishes are meticulously packed in special lacquer boxes and enjoyed during the first three days of the year.
Each dish in the boxes carries symbolic wishes for longevity, prosperity, wealth, and more.
Join us for a special event where Japanese Itamae, chef Kobayashi will guide us in preparing two classic Osechi dishes online and in person.
Together, we'll create (For online participants, please source your own ingredients.):
Namasu (marinated carrot and daikon radish)
